Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Dr. Charest is a General and Neuromuscular Dentist with over 25 years of experience across Canada, the Middle East, and Dubai, where she’s practiced since 2007. She holds both Canadian and American board licenses and is recognized as the first USA-Certified Neuromuscular Dentist in Dubai.

Her passion lies in airway focused dentistry, treating TMJ disorders, snoring, and sleep apnea through a holistic lens. Known affectionately as Dr. Jocelyne by her patients, she combines clinical precision with a deeply personalized approach, devoting meaningful time to understanding the root causes of each concern. “Treating symptoms alone isn’t enough,” she believes. “True healing starts with uncovering the cause.”

Dr. Charest collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team including chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, and Myofunctional/Buteyko therapists to deliver comprehensive care that enhances patients’ overall well-being.

A lifelong learner, she has earned the prestigious Fellowship level at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and holds an international certificate from the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. She’s also a certified provider of MyoAligners and Vivos therapies in Dubai.
