The reception staff were welcoming and put me at ease as I’m very nervous at dentists having had negative experiences in the past. My orthodontic treatment was painless and each step was comprehensively explained. I was given various treatment options which again were clearly explained. Came for a full check up consolation, the clinic is very nice and well designed and organised the reception, nurses and doctors are all very kind. The check up itself was very extensive and thorough and covers all the bases, they explain and walk you through everything including the treatment plan after.
