I have had several visits to Serenity and each one has been a positive experience. The reception staff were welcoming and put me at ease as I’m very nervous at dentists having had negative experiences in the past. My orthodontic treatment was painless and each step was comprehensively explained. I was given various treatment options which again were clearly explained. I highly recommend this dentist! All service has been exceptional - from reception to all dentists and nurses who I have been treated by, including but not limited to: Dr Arif, Dr Juma, Rahel and Ansha. Came for a full check up consolation, the clinic is very nice and well designed and organised the reception, nurses and doctors are all very kind. The check up itself was very extensive and thorough and covers all the bases, they explain and walk you through everything including the treatment plan after.

After 3 years of struggling with TMJ and seeing multiple dentists, maxillofacial doctors, TMJ specialists I feel I have been given the run around wasting time and whats worse, having the condition get worse. Today I saw Dr. Jocelyne at Serenity and I feel blessed that I found her. She connected all the dots and walked me through everything I was going through with clear explanations.
